Recipes

Sausage Soup

Ingredients

1 lb Italian sausage, mild
3 cloves garlic
1 can tomatoes
1/2 white onion, small
1 cup chicken bone broth
1 can tomato paste
1/4 tsp black or white pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Tallow
1/2 cup cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup parm cheese
1 tsp-1 TBSP NF liver (Either combine
into sausage w spatula or stir into broth when added

Instructions

1) In large pan, med heat,add tallow then onions, cook until slightly soft.
2) Add garlic & cook for 1 min.
3) Add sausage & break up w
spatula (you can add liver here), cook until no longer pink
4) Add tomato paste, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, cream cheese, chicken broth (or you can add the liver here)
5) Stir in heavy cream and parm
6) Cover lid and reduce to low, simmer for 5 min
7) Garnish w chopped parsely and parm!

Chili (Beanless Option)

Ingredients

2 lbs lean ground beef (only 1 lb if adding beans 2 cans, 1 pinto, 1 kidney)
tallow
1 cup beef bone broth
4 oz diced pickles (may not need if adding beans)
2 cans diced tomato in juice
1 yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp cumin
3 TBSP tomato paste
3-4 TBSP chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp white or black pepper
1 tsp-1 TBSP NF liver (Either combine into beef w spatula or stir into broth when added)

Instructions

1) Heat tallow in pot, add onions, garlic and cook until transparant.
2) Add ground beef (you can add liver into ground beef) and cook until browned w spatula.
3) Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. (or you can add liver here)
4) Reduce to low and cover for 10-20 min.
5) Top w more pickles and sour cream!

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 bananas
3 cups mixed berries, frozen
1.5 TBSP honey
1.5 cups milk
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1/8-1/2 tsp liver

Instructions

Throw all ingredients into a blender and combine. Sweeten to taste, if too thick add milk.
